We primarily serve adults and teenagers (16+). However, children may be considered for certain therapies such as gentle acupuncture or emotional support counselling with parental presence
Yes. We offer virtual counselling sessions via Zoom or WhatsApp Video for clients who prefer
to receive psychological support from home. Booking in advance is required.
Session times vary by treatment:
Counselling – 60 minutes
Acupuncture – 45 minutes
Chiropractic – 30 minutes
Combined Treatments – 60–90 minutes
The initial consultation may take slightly longer.
Not necessarily. However, if you have pre-existing medical conditions or ongoing treatments, we
recommend bringing any relevant documents for a safer and more tailored healing approach.
No. All treatments are non-invasive and natural. Acupuncture uses very fine needles and is
generally painless. Chiropractic adjustments are performed gently by a trained practitioner.
Yes. We accept PayHere, Visa/MasterCard, and bank transfers. You can also reserve your
slot first and confirm payment within 24 hours.
Yes, appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12
hours may be subject to a small fee.!
