After completing his graduation, Dr. Seyed Samathany used his energy, drive and dedication to become an efficient business executive and has traveled to many countries and received various recognitions and awards, his unique ability is to improve the performance of any business by building better relationships with clients and succeeding in overall revenue growth. His performance is based on results. And he is quick to absorb new ideas and adept at adapting the business to changing circumstances. These included marketing and sales techniques, pricing strategies related to budget management, Attentive and empathetic to customers’ needs and concerns, with strong skills in problem solving, negotiation, persuasion, collaboration and information management, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial operations. Now, he is serving as the Operation Coordinator for Dynamic Ace Lanka (Pvt) Ltd in Sri Lanka.
Mrs.Zahira Ismail
Team Manager
Zahira Ismail is an experienced professional in social service, peacebuilding, and community development. With over 20 years of experience in NGOs and international NGOs, she excels in program coordination, administration, finance, and training. Zahira holds a Bachelor of Arts from South Eastern University of Sri Lanka and a diploma in Early Childhood Development from the National Institute of Education.
Her career includes roles as a program officer, president, preschool coordinator, and peace delegate with organizations such as SEEDO, FEED Sri Lanka, FORUT Sri Lanka, and Plan International Sri Lanka. She has played a key role in projects focused on community mobilization, women and youth programs, and peacebuilding initiatives in border villages.
Zahira is proficient in spoken and written Tamil and English. She possesses strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working with diverse teams in challenging environments. Zahira serves as a resource person and trainer in monitoring and evaluation, need assessment, human and economic development, and leadership.
